Check-in to the hotel is at the end of the first day of the Congress, i.e. the evening of May 17, and check-out is until 12:00 on May 19. After 12:00 on May 19, the financial obligation to be brought by the departures to be made after 12:00 on May 19 will not bind the Congress Team and will be considered as the personal expenses of the participant with accommodation. On May 18 and May 19, breakfast will be served at the Hotel. Transportation from the Hotel to Adile Sultan Palace, the Gala Venue, will be provided by buses departing from the Hotel or Acıbadem University.
