What Is The ALIS Ambassador System?
The ALIS Ambasssador System is a system designed to strengthen the visibility of ALIS OncoVerse across medical faculties throughout Türkiye, enhance communication between students and the congress, and support the organization of participant engagement. Only one student from each medical school is selected as the representative, and this student becomes the face of ALIS within their institution.
An Ambassador is responsible for delivering announcements, content, and updates provided by the ALIS Publicity Board to students at their faculty; informing peers about the congress; encouraging participation; and managing the attendance quota assigned to their school. When necessary, the ambassador also serves as a communication bridge between their faculty and the ALIS team.
The role goes beyond simply sharing information, it offers an active organizational experience. Ambassadors gain access to various congress benefits depending on the number of participants they bring from their faculty and play an important part in the ALIS process, enhancing their leadership and communication skills.
In this way, the ALIS Ambassador System enables students to take a more active role within the congress while supporting their personal and academic development through a meaningful and impactful responsibility.
